Happy Independence Day,
They have decorated the dinning room with lots of red white and blue, and had a big cake all decorated too. and Ed and I wore our July 4th attire to lunch, we skipped breakfast again. Jochco, the head water/chef planed and fixed us a traditoanal Fourth of July lunch, for our friends Karen and Pat, but Pat has come down with something, and they didn't come. We are worried about him. We had fried chicken, BBQ ribs, potato salad, chocolate chip cookies and ice cream, now you can't ask for much more can you. A real 4th of July picnic lunch, and on a cruise ship, sailing above the Artic Circle.
Today has been a sea day and we have a formal night, and the Captins party. Tomorrow we are in Tromso, and it's suppose to rain all day, we don't have a tour, so not sure what we will do.
The seas are already starting to get rough, seems like every formal night, it gets rough, go figure, if you have been looking at the ship's web cam you'll see what it is like.

We we came to bed early, the dinner was very good, but we just weren't in the mood to watch a show, or party, so after dinner, we turned in, we missed Karen and Pat, so we called and he is better, we are so glad.
